St Thomas-based reggae act and businessman Jah Bouks believes the multi-billion dollar Southern Coastal Highway Improvement Project will be a major game changer for his long neglected home parish. If we get the road, us business people can establish this east coast, where you can get a lot of things that you can get on the north coast, he said of the project.
Jah Bouks is also the owner of the Angola restaurant, named after his hit 2013 single, which he premiered at the popular Magnum Kings and Queens competition.
