Resilience Healthcare, which runs West Suburban and Weiss Memorial, and financial partner Ramco Healthcare completed the real estate portion of the $92 million deal this week.
The agreement comes after Pipeline, which has owned the hospitals since 2019, filed for chapter 11 bankruptcy in October, which had thrown the future of the sale into question.
