But this is the major access ramp for everybody from northeast philadelphia leaded over to get onto i95, coming into downtown. So the woodhaven road ramp to go south on 95 closed. Couple of options, leaving the house right now, head right for academy road. That will take you down past archbishop ryan, and get you back onto 95, in the northeast. If you dont use academy road, anyone who uses woodhaven, is forced to go north on 95. And then were going to make the uturn laverne here at street road. That interchange is the hot mess to begin
