But today, Ram has added an even more fuel-efficient truck. Meet the 2021 Ram 1500 Tradesman HFE EcoDiesel, which has scored an impressive highway rating of 33 mpg and a combined 26 mpg. In the city, it delivers 23 mpg. HFE stands for High Fuel Efficiency, something this truck clearly delivers.
