KATHMANDU, May 27: The Kalanki-Bashundhara section of the ring road, an 8.2 km stretch, was slated for expansion to eight lanes under an agreement between the Government of Nepal and the Chinese government in 2019. However, five years later, the expansion work remains at a standstill.
