The bill includes Natural Disaster aid, but does not include funding for ukraine or the border. The lastminute hail mary from House Speaker Kevin Mccarthy seems to have worked in the house, but the shutdown has not yet been averted. It is now up to the u. S. Senate to pass this proposal.
