Ahmedabad-based pharma honcho Rajiv Modi was cleared of charges against him on Feb 22. Modi, Cadila Pharmaceuticals MD, was charged with alleged sexual harassment and rape of one of his employees who held Bulgarian citizenship. The survivor had filed a writ petition in November 2023.
