As the BJP thanked Prime Minister Narendra Modi for Parliament passing the Nari Shakti Vandan Act, pink was the dominating colour on the stage at a public function called 'Nari Shakti ne Vandan, Modiji ne Abhinandan', held at Ahmedabad airport on Tuesday.
The BJP's Rajendrasinh Rathava defeated the AAP candidate and Congress' Sangramsinh Rathwa following the defection of his father Mohansinh Rathava, a 10-term Congress MLA.
