A complaint has been registered against a constable of the
Chatuhshrungi police for illegally barging into his friend’s house in search of the latter’s wife, who was also the cop’s friend since their college days.
The
Faraskhana police have identified the constable as
Vishal Kale (in pic). The complainant had checked his wife’s phone and call records to find that she would incessantly chat with Kale. He was suspicious about their relationship and warned her not to do so. The woman stopped speaking with Kale, as a result. This angered Kale, who misused his uniform by barging into their house. When the complainant protested, the constable allegedly beat him up along with his son.

A woman traffic cop was assaulted by a couple over a ‘no-parking’ spot. The accused had parked their bike in an unpermitted area. When the constable tried to discipline then, the thrashed her and ran away from the spot. They left their bike behind. The cops are still searching for the accused; a case has been registered against the couple at the
Faraskhana police station.
Constable Nirmala Gabhale has filed a complaint in this case. She works with the Faraskhana traffic department. The incident took place between 8 and 8.30 pm on Saturday in front of Pune District Cooperative Bank and Gadital Putala. A case has been registered against Farida Qureshi and Azad Qureshi.
