Wethersfield s virtual play has been a learning experience

Not to be overly dramatic, but for the Weathersfield Drama Department, this past year has been the best of times and the worst of times.
That s because performing a live play without an audience, and with actors required to cover their facial expressions with masks, is really hard to pull off but also pleasingly challenging, participants learned.
Those in the first-ever WHS virtual production say the experience has taken them out of their comfort zones and to find new ways to put on the play, 10 Ways to Survive Life in Quarantine, which will be released Friday, May 7, at www.geese230.com The play also includes student-actors from the junior high school.
