When it first opened in December 2020, Rainy Days Indoor Dog Park was meant to give dogs an escape from hot summers and frigid winters. A year-and-a-half later, Rainy Days has expanded into a new, 9,000-square-foot facility and is upgrading its services.

FARGO This one has gone to the dogs.
Rainy Days Indoor Dog Park, the Fargo-Moorhead area s first indoor dog park, officially opened Monday, Dec. 21, at 467 34th St. S., founder Easter Simbe told The Forum.
The idea was born out of necessity because Simbe s dog Reign loved going outside, regardless of the weather.

Nine-month-old Buddy is a happy, playful golden retriever.
Being still a pup, he is also very active, making it sometimes hard for his owner Sarahi to keep up.
“A lot of chewing on the walls. He likes to chew on furniture. Yeah, if we don’t get his energy out, he’ll destroy the house,” says Sarahi Corral, Buddy’s owner.
Rather than allow that to happen, she decided to look for a dog park where he would be able to get all that puppy energy out.
