Muntinlupa City’s No. 4 most wanted person for rape was arrested by the police on May 22. The Southern Police District (SPD) identified the suspect as Rainier Ayo, 19, construction worker, who is classified by the police as the No. 4 most wanted person in the second quarter of 2022.
