there ll be little, if any, rain reaching parts of east anglia and south east england over the next few days, where it has been particularly dry. now, on saturday we did have some pulses of rain. the rain turned quite heavy towards the end of the day across western scotland and the area of low pressure responsible will continue to feed up some pretty soupy air. it s going to be quite humid to take us into sunday. some very high temperatures on the cards for eastern areas of england, although not near those records that we set on tuesday. across the north and west, though, we ve got the rain. now, the rains can be quite heavy at times for northern ireland, western areas of scotland. they ll probably be a pulse of rain crossing wales, perhaps reaching the north midlands, the peaks and the pennines for a time in the afternoon. so the south east of that is dry with some warm spells of sunshine. indeed, actually, temperatures will be higher than they were on saturday across the board. quite
