they show the lights and how heavy the rain is coming down, that is what we have. the snow is not indicative until you point the light on it. about 8:00, we could see thunder snow. 2 to 3 inches per hour. west of here, easy 20 inches of snow. downtown new york city. somewhere between 15 or 18. long island to new jersey down to delmarva and d.c., more rain mixing in. not so much snow. not as white of a storm. more of a wet storm. the problem, guys, is that it is frozen tonight. if you have water or slush on the roads, temperatures tonight down into the 20s. that will refreeze. i was out shopping yesterday like everyone else. it is a different kind of shopping when you don t have a refrigerator to bring your stuff back. i have rice cakes and triscuts.

outages. m alabama, tennessee, georgia, south carolina, north carolina. it s headed north, rick. there were questions how bad it would be for the northeast. do you have a handle on it? we have a few questions on it. every time you have a nor easter the storm rain line is important. when the storm tracks farther to the east it brings cold air to the coast. you don t get enough cold air in along the i-95 corridor. looks like we will be seeing rain mixing in from d.c. through philadelphia to new york. that would keep snow levels down a little bit at least along the i-95 corridor. inland, everybody living in new jersey and upstate new york all snow and likely over a foot of snow. long island, coastal areas a little bit less. not one to mess with. check your local fox station. appreciate it. for the first time, the great lakes are 80% frozen, the
parts of georgia and over to charleston. it will end there as snow as cold air gets in and cools things down. and it will move over the northeast. with the nor easter, it is about where the storm trash as to who gets rain and snow. it will be a fine line on the i- 95 corridor. interior sections is where we ll see the heaviest of the snow in upstate new york and interior sections of new england. coastal areas, cape cod and the islands and down to long island and new york city. it could be less if that track goes further west. we ll see more rain mixing which i think is a possibility. 6- 10 to philly and new york. that could be lower with more rain and that would be a good news. we have snow on the rain for a
