More than two million students are expected to benefit from the free train rides for students on the Light Rail Transit Line 2, the Light Rail Transit Authority said Tuesday.

"We will see to it that this project will be done on time and we will follow the instructions of the President-full speed ahead," Bautista said in a Facebook post on Thursday.
