HC clears way to hold 41st BCS preliminary test on March 19 Star Digital Report Star Digital Report The High Court today cleared the way for Bangladesh Public Service Commission (PSC) to hold the 41st BCS preliminary examination on March 19 following the health guidelines. The court summarily rejected a writ petition seeking an order on the PSC to defer the date for holding the BCS preliminary test citing health risk due to Covid-19 pandemic. The HC, however, directed the authorities concerned to follow the health guidelines strictly during holding exam on March 19.    The bench of Justice Md Khasruzzaman and Justice Md Mahmud Hassan Talukder came up with the order after hearing arguments on the petition.
