Police have arrested K Akhil, the prime accused in the suicide abetment case of 2nd year BVSc student J S Sidharthan (21) of the College of Veterinary and Animal Sciences at Pookode, Wayanad. Sidharthan was found hanging in the bathroom of men's hostel on Feb 18, allegedly after a brutal assault and ragging by a group of students.
