Pritish Nandy Communications Limited has appointed Sunil Alagh and Karan Ahluwalia as Additional Independent Directors on the Board of the Company with effect from April 6, 2021.
Mr Alagh has a distinguished 30 year corporate experience starting with ITC Ltd. He was Managing Director and CEO of Britannia Industries Limited from 1989 to 2003.
