A Philadelphia man who was previously wanted in connection with the fatal shooting of a pregnant woman at a gas station near King of Prussia has turned himself in and is facing first-degree murder charges.
Prosecutors have charged Rafiq Thompson, 38, of Philadelphia, with first-degree murder, illegal possession of a firearm and other related offenses for allegedly killing his ex-girlfriend Tamara Cornelius at a King of Prussia gas station Friday. Thompson turned himself in Wednesday after authorities posted Monday a $5,000 reward for information that led to his arrest.
