The man accused of shooting one person outside Gulf Place near The Hangout in March 2023 was in court for a plea hearing on Wednesday, according to court documents.
Rafiq Sh’mare Joel Bradley, 21, of Fairhope is accused of firing a gun within a heavily populated area of Gulf Shores Monday. Video of the shooting has been widely distributed through social media.
