Man arrested after dispute turns violent at Cleveland Mall
The Cleveland Mall was briefly locked down on Monday after an argument turned violent.
Holly Hamrick was shopping with her mother and sister at the Marshall s outlet in the mall when she said employees started ushering customers to the rear of the store, citing an incident outside. It happened so fast. They made an announcement, turned off the lights and closed the entrance to the mall, said Hamrick. They just said there was some incident outside.
Hamrick said she and about a dozen other shoppers huddled in the hallway leading to the bathrooms for several minutes until the mall was open again.
