Apolona Head of Human Resources Development Department (HRDD) Atty. Gerrome Y. Apolona has been appointed as First Vice President. Apolona’s group is responsible for the efficient management of the Kapuso workforce. Also through HRDD, the Network has instituted a training and development program anchored in valuing employees as the Network’s best asset.
