Bradley Dylan Stanwood, 47, is charged with second-degree attempted murder for allegedly shooting a Radio Cab taxi driver in the back on I-205 in Portland.
The driver, after he was shot, called 911 while driving himself to the hospital and gave police the shooter's license plate number. He's currently in surgery.
