new concerns this morning. officials in japan have detected high levels of radio activity in sea water near the fukushim. workers are switching to fresh water because they say the salty sea water could cause corrosion. joining me live now, the executive director of food and water watch. good morning to you. good morning. let s talk about the things that make their ways into everyone s daily life. the vegetables, milk, and the like. how do we make sure that none of the contaminated food in japan ends up here in the u.s.? we need to do aggressive testing of food here in the united states and we need to make sure that the federal budget is not cut for our fda and usda inspectors. okay. and what about for the people in japan? they are right there front and center. we know that there is a lack of supply on a number of things
