couldn t happen, it couldn t be overturned. i think that that has been part of the problem. but i will say that what i also say to people, young people across this country, young women across this country who are frustrated by the lack of action, is that we have to acknowledge, and i never tell people not to be frustrated. i m frustrated too. we have to acknowledge the system is broken. we have a filibuster in the senate that requires a 60-vote majority to pass anything. and in the vacuum of the senate acting, what is happening is this radical extremist supreme court is given latitude to act on a whole host of issues that otherwise would be codified by congress. and so in order to change that, we cannot give up. and dwe do have to get a real pro-choice majority in the senate that will overturn the filibuster. it erat cade it in my view, but
we have had in this country, civil rights, women s rights, voting rights. whatever it is, has been because people don t give up. that is what, tiffany, the other side wants us to. do they want to be hopeless, they want us to not go to the ballot boxes. and we have to show that we can do it. we did pass the women s health protection act in the house. we have passed, we did pass and get signed into law the first major piece of gun legislation in their two years. it is not which you are i want, but i think that people just have to understand that we are on the precipice of a very, very dangerous moment. where the supreme court is showing us, clarence thomas is showing us, exactly with this radical extremist supreme court wants to do. and that is to strip away all kinds of rights from us that go even beyond the right to abortion. yeah, you are headed percent right. thank you so much,
