Radhe – Your Most Wanted Bhai released worldwide on Eid 2021, on May 13. While it had a proper theatrical release in many countries overseas, in India it was released on the big screen only in 3 cinemas, that too in the state of Tripura. From May 21 to June 10, it was out of cinemas. Then from June 11 to June 27, it was released in two cinemas in Maharashtra, in Malegaon and Aurangabad. From June 27, it got a release in the state of Gujarat in 3 cinema halls - The Friday Cinema multiplex and Rupam Cinema in Surat, and Amber Cinema in Jamnagar. The collections were not great but industry and trade was surprised to see that a certain number of viewers turned up daily to watch the film. In 5 weeks, it managed to collect Rs. 1,81,389.
