Sweetgreen launched a menu item dubbed the Chipotle Chicken Burrito Bowl. Chipotle Mexican Grill objected to the name alleging the name and the way Sweetgreen advertised the item featured similar ingredients to Chipotle’s burrito bowls, violated its trademark rights.
