A Sikkim-based man who lodged a complaint that 3 bike-borne locals called him "Chinese" and assaulted him is completely different version from investigation by police, CK Baba, Deputy Commissioner of Police South-East division Bengaluru said.
Police have acknowledged that the length of time which the investigation has taken since he sustained his injuries has been difficult and frustrating for Mr Tjitendero.
