TOLEDO, Ohio Knowing Santa was already really busy, a Toledo area postal worker decided to help out in a big way.
When postal worker Rachelle Roy was handed a letter with a local family s wishes, she rallied some co-workers to make sure they checked off the entire list as a Christmas surprise.
Conchita Coffey and her family were surprised with USPS workers bringing in handfuls of Christmas presents after what s been a rough year for the family.
