Robert (Bob) Ellis Luttrell born November 27, 1927, in Urbana, Illinois to Lloyd Luttrell and Rachel Weaver, peacefully passed away at his home in Palm Harbor, Florida, on June 3rd, leaving behind his loving wife Penny Devin, four adult children – Wendy, Scott, Kevin and Jennifer Luttrell, two step children, Jennifer Roach and Jeremy Devin, 10 grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
