more now on our breaks news. the arrest of a new york man apparently inspired by isis and charges he was planning a new year s eve attack. rachel spotts is outside the courthouse in rochester. rachel, really alarming some of the allegations from the fbi. it is saying this 25-year-old had planned to go inside a bar or restaurant in rochester, kidnap somebody and probably set off bombs to kill people there. reporter: yes, that s what they are telling us. now, 25-year-old emanuel lutchman did appear here in federal court this morning. he is now behind bars but that information is correct. a 25-year-old rochester resident accused of planning a terror plot, an armed attack on innocent civilians here in rochester today on new year s eve. we are told this would have happened as you said at a restaurant/bar here in the city.
