Flood and Wind Warnings and advisories are posted from washington all the way down to california. Wind gusts could reach 60 miles an hour. The storm is expected to ratchet up this morning and last through the weekend. Storm preparations are under way in northern california, which could see up to 10 inches of rain before its all over.
