Covert Artisan Ales, a downtown Sioux Falls brewery, plans to release Project Inclusion the first week of June. It ll be the first locally-produced drink to recognize and celebrate Sioux Falls annual Pride celebration.
The rainbow sherbet-inspired seltzer has just over 6% ABV and is flavored with limes, oranges and raspberries, said Stacey Berry, co-owner of Covert. It s important to us to recognize that everyone is welcome at Covert, Berry said.
The seltzer will be available at their taproom at 434 East 8th Street throughout the month of June as well as in cans designed with the Covert logo and the Pride flag.
