“The waterfront development is one of the items that are near and dear to my heart, especially the acquisition of the waterfront not all of the waterfront, but only parts that we can use as park lands and other things like that, not for development,” Grant told the Standard-Freeholder on Monday afternoon. “Our affordable housing issues are probably one of the most important items as well.”
