Downtown businesses continue enforcing mask policies

Downtown businesses continue enforcing mask policies (Lisa Diethelm/DD) The state of Arizona is starting to open up after a year of restrictions and local businesses are continuing to push through, but not without safety protocols still in place. Ducey’s order to phase out all mask mandates on March 25, there are still a few cities and counties that continue with mandates including Pima County, Flagstaff, Tucson, and most recently Phoenix.
