Federal officials said the reactions appear to be extremely rare. More than 6.8 million doses of the Johnson & Johnson vaccine have been administered across the U.S. But federal health officials are taking a closer look at six incidents in which women, between the ages of 18 and 48, developed blood clots six to 13 days after vaccination.
