Enable this as much as we can. I think, and perhaps this will come up in Public Comment, i think that sort of the concern if there is any is that these types of operations, whether they are selling food or selling products or whatever they might be, when they pull up on the curb in front of established business he in merchant corridors, there is the potential that they obscure the businesses that are already there, whether visually or just sort of you know, just because theres stuff going on thats distracting from the general business thats established in the corridor. That said, i think its probably more likely that you create excitement, which brings people into the corridor that might not be inclined to visit, provides more excitement. And after all, retail malls exist because its presumably capote heates excitement around the proximity of other retailers.
