Lyla’s not quite a year old, and while I’ve enjoyed parading her around the neighborhood in her stroller, I’ve been eager to take her for a walk in the real outdoors strapped to my back.
I couldn’t wait to get back to explore Rachel Carson’s namesake park, so my hiking buddy, Dave Isbell, and I checked it out on one warm sunny day this past week along with Millie, of course, my other hiking buddy.
