RESIDENTS are being encouraged to move more this May to boost wellbeing and raise money for local families living with cancer. Wessex Cancer Trust, a charity providing free support for anyone living with cancer in Dorset, Hampshire and the Isle of Wight, has launched the Move it More in May campaign to encourage everyone to be more active. Rachel Billsberry-Grass, chief executive officer of Wessex Cancer Trust, said: Being physically active can help to protect against cancer, improve your long-term health and make you feel great. We’ve designed Move It May for everyone. It’s up to you how you decide to move more. But if you’re up for the challenge, please help local families affected by cancer, by raising money for Wessex Cancer Trust.
