Rachakonda Security Council in association with Rachakonda Police Commisionerate launched an Oxygen Cylinder Bank on Saturday. The initiative, christened, Praana Vayu Seva, allows those who are in need of oxygen cylinders can get one without any problem. Rachakonda Commissioner of Police Mahesh M. Bhagwat on Saturday launched Praana Vayu Seva (oxygen supply) and Plasma donation web page.
Speaking on the occasion, Mr. Bhagwat said that they have been serving the community in every possible manner since the pandemic started be it the food distribution to the needy, free cab service for non-medical emergencies, free ambulance to patients, psycho social counselling services, adoption of orphanages and old-age homes, last ride services and so on.
He said that 77 personnel of Rachakonda Commissionerate have donated plasma to the needy.

Hyderabad, May 10 : In a move to prevent suicides and keep people away from depression and anxiety during Covid pandemic times, Rachakonda police on Monday launched psycho-social counselling services for citizens of Telangana.
Those coping with stress during Covid pandemic can contact the psycho-social counselling centre at 040-48214800. The centre will function from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. from Monday to Saturday.
Rachakonda Police Commissioner Mahesh Bhagwat virtually launched the centre which is aimed at giving confidence to those in distress due to Covid-related health and social-economic problems.
