Redstone Arsenal’s Office of the Staff Judge Advocate has been recognized for superior achievement in providing legal assistance services to Soldiers, retirees and their family members.

âWe are busier than ever,â Rachael Yeoman, the tax center manager, said. âAnd our dedicated volunteers are making sure we get everything done.â
The center provides free tax preparation services for the military community but this year things are different because of the pandemic. The center opened Feb. 1 as a drop-off only site that serves active duty and retired military and their families.
It still depends on its dedicated volunteers. The center closed in March 2020 because of the pandemic but received authorization from the Garrison commander to open this year with a smaller group of volunteers.
