This happened near 27th and ruby shortly before 10 30 pm after the suspect fired the shots, an officer returned fire. No one was hit. No officers were injured the suspect took off running. News from overnight milwaukee area of 27th and capitol just before 10 last night. It all started when police attempted a traffic stop and the subjects vehicle took off speeding down 27th. As the subjects neared capitol they crashed into another car and a light pole. A passenger in the back seat of the fleeing vehicle believed to be a male in his late teens or early 20s died on scene. The driver, an 18 year old female and two other male passengers ages 18 and 20 suffered serious injuries but are believed to be non life of the other car suffered non life threatening injuries. Happening overnight Milwaukee Police are investigating a homicide on the citys west side. Police say a 31ye shot in the area of 41st and lloyd around 7 last night. The man then drove himself to the hospital suffering from multiple gun shot wounds and very serious injuries. The victim died shortly after he was transferred to another hospital. No arrests have been made and the circumstances around the shooting are still being investigated. And Milwaukee Police search for suspects after another shooting late last night.
