An 80-year-old man and his grandson were electrocuted while fetching water from a tubewell in Greater Noida. The incident occurred when they came in contact with a live wire sticking out from the tubewell. The tubewell owner was booked for negligence leading to their tragic deaths.

Sectors 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, and 11 will be developed on this land along with a logistics park and urban center. Fintech City, Japanese City, and Korean City projects are also planned by YEIDA.

A 15-year-old boy's body was found in a canal in Bulandshahr a day after he went missing. The SHO of Beta 2 police station was shunted for negligence in duty. A departmental inquiry was initiated, and police are investigating the case.
