This came during his speech before the Baghdad Conference for Cooperation and Partnership in its second edition, which was hosted by Jordan in the Dead Sea region on Tuesday.
The MoU was signed between the GCC Secretariat General and the government of India. Jaishankar held a bilateral meeting with Dr. Al-Hajraf and discussed the relevance of India-GCC cooperation in context with the current regional and global situation.
