QNCECS signs pact with Quranic Botanic Gardens  13 Mar 2021 - 9:46 Secretary-General of Qatar National Commission for Education, Culture and Science (QNCECS), Hamda Hassan Al Sulaiti, and Manager of Quranic Botanic Garden, Fatima Saleh Al Khulaifi, during the agreement signing ceremony. QNA Doha: The Qatar National Commission for Education, Culture and Science (QNCECS) and the Quranic Botanic Gardens, a member of Qatar Foundations, signed a cooperation agreement in the field of environmental sustainability.  The agreement was signed by Secretary-General of Qatar National Commission for Education, Culture and Science, Hamda Hassan Al Sulaiti and Manager of Quranic Botanic Garden Fatima Saleh Al Khulaifi.
