First at 9 00 breaking news, an update on a crash at bryan dairy road, the road back open now in Pinellas County after that deadly crash this morning. It happened after 3 00 this morning under the u. S. Highway 19 overpass. Police say they believe the driver was speeding when he struck one of the support pillars under the overpass. The car immediately burst into flames.
