Brent Meyers, who is regarded as someone who gave the Hanover Barons a new lease on life, has won the Citizen of the Year Award for the Hanover Chamber of Commerce Awards.
“Winning that award is unbelievable,” Meyers said. “You look at past winners, and now my name is among them, I was overwhelmed. I didn’t expect a nomination, let alone winning it.”
