This puts her at the same level of popularity as George W Bush, when his approval ratings peaked in the aftermath of the 9/11 attacks.
William and Harry boasted scores of 66 and 62 per cent respectively, but Prince Charles managed just 34 percent.
Nile Gardiner, director of the Margaret Thatcher Center for Freedom at The Heritage Foundation, told The Times: I don’t think the monarchy is now deeply unpopular in America at all.

“A distinction has to be made between the liberal elites who clearly have a disdain for the monarchy for ideological reasons and the vast majority of ordinary Americans who like the Queen.”

NASA launched its most recent exploration of the Red Planet at the end of July last year, as it continues its efforts to search for life on Mars. In February, its Perseverance Rover touched down at the Jezero Crater and has been beaming pictures back to planet earth ever since. Her Majesty was shown some of the images received by NASA during a video call on Friday with British scientists who worked on the mission.

She added: As we look further out onto the horizon you really only see the trend continuing in one direction.
THE CBC host asked: Do you think we will look back at the Meghan and Harry interview and perhaps see it as a tipping point?
Ms Kurl said: The Harry and Meghan interview certainly does not help any of the messages that the Royal Family might wish to make to Canadians, like we are still useful and still good for something . Victoria Eugenie was said to be so enchanted by the flavour of the oranges from the royal gardens, that she ordered a crate to be sent each year to her family at Buckingham Palace.
On arrival in England, the oranges were made into delicious marmalade jam by Wilkin and Sons, before being delivered to the Palace.
However, the royal custom petered out sometime in the 1970s and 1980s and remained redundant until Isabel Rodriguez became director of the Alcazar palace in 2019.
Learning about the former royal practice, Ms Rodriguez decided to revive it and made contact with the UK s honorary consul in Seville, Joe Cooper.
They produce over 200 jars of sweet tasting honey that the Palace chefs then put to good use.
The honey is used to make delicious deserts such as honey madeleines, chocolate truffle filling and honey and cream sponges.
These are served up to guests at special events held at the Palace, including the monarch s famous summer garden parties.

The garden parties are normally held three times over the summer at Buckingham Palace, with each event attracting around 8,000 guests.
The attendees end up drinking an average 27,000 cups of tea, as well as eating around 20,000 sandwiches and 20,000 slices of cake.
