PEORIA Sydney Hannam is the longest-reigning queen in Heart of Illinois Fair history. According to records, the Canton woman also is the only queen in Heart of Illinois Fair history. Both situations are expected to change next month. One year late, the second HOI Fair Queen pageant is to be held. The competition is scheduled for June 26 at the home of the fair, Exposition Gardens in Peoria. That s about two weeks before the fair begins its five-day run July 13.
