Quebec City Police Chief Denis Turcotte says he's now looking into four violent police interventions, after footage of another incident surfaced on Thursday. Turcotte says the two Black youth who were violently detained on Nov. 27 were resisting arrest.
19-year-old Mamadou Kalilou Barry was arrested by Quebec City police and has been charged with the sexual assault of two minors. Two other young people were also arrested Thursday and are expected to face similar charges in Quebec youth court.
